    In August 2008, we started a 3-part series of talks on Corporate Governance for business partners in the Corporate Finance community. Covering discussions and analysis of local case studies, the talks serve to explore a wide spectrum of issues including General Director's Duties, Shareholder Activism and upcoming developments in the local corporate governance arena

  • KW-SCCA Lunch Seminar Series

    KhattarWong has supported SCCA’s Lunch Seminars by hosting two of the talks in 2008. Tax Department Head Leon Kwong Wing brought attendees through some case studies concerning the issue of Withholding Tax in Singapore.
