On 2 March 2011, Singapore Exchange announced the listing of Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. Dyna-Mac is a multi-disciplinary specialist provider of detailed engineering, procurement and construction services to the offshore oil and gas, marine construction and other industries. The group’s business involves the fabrication and assembly of topside modules for FPSOs and FSOs in Singapore. From time to time, the group also undertakes ad hoc general engineering and fabrication projects for specialised structures for semi-submersibles and subsea products. The listing of Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd involves the issue of 186 million new shares (subject to over-allotment option for up to 30 million new shares) and the sale of 250 million vendor shares at the price of $0.35 each.
