KhattarWong LLP

In line with other professional services firms, KhattarWong has converted to KhattarWong LLP (UEN/Registration no. T12LL0001E), a limited liability partnership, on 1 January 2012 pursuant to the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Chapter 163A).

By reason of the conversion, the business of KhattarWong has been transferred with effect from 1 January 2012 to KhattarWong LLP.  KhattarWong LLP is now responsible to clients for all new and current work, rather than KhattarWong (the partnership) or any of its partners.

KhattarWong LLP has replaced KhattarWong as the provider of legal services for clients.  Documents held by KhattarWong as of 31 December 2011 for and on behalf of clients, and monies or funds held by KhattarWong as of 31 December 2011 for and on behalf of clients, are transferred to KhattarWong LLP to be held for or on behalf of the clients with effect from 1 January 2012.

To existing clients, no action is required on your part as a result of the conversion, which does not affect any of your arrangements which you had with KhattarWong (the partnership).  In such a case, KhattarWong’s outstanding services on all matters for you which were current as of 31 December 2011 are to be carried out by KhattarWong LLP with effect from 1 January 2012.

For the avoidance of doubt, all aspects of your relationship going forward are now with KhattarWong LLP.
