Our Real Estate, Infrastructure and Construction Practice Group is involved in both contentious and non contentious legal work associated with the projects, construction and real estate sectors. Our client base extends not only to real estate and corporate clients, but also to construction and engineering contractors, consultants and employers.

Contentious work
We have vast experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution both domestic and international. Our lawyers act for developers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, management corporations and subsidiary proprietors on various aspects of construction related work.

Non contentious work
Our lawyers have significant experience in structuring transactions to address the complex goals of business venture participants. We have participated in the development, financing, acquisition and operation of large infrastructure projects in Singapore and the region. Our lawyers have helped to deliver private finance agreements and have first-hand experience with the structures and solutions that meet the needs of global clients.
