Our Tax, Private Client & Trusts Practice Group offers the expertise of lawyers from different departments coming together to advise clients on various aspects of asset protection, including execution of wills and making inter vivos gifts, through the creation and maintenance of private trusts structures.

We also act for clients in court applications to extract grants of probate or letters of administration or to dispute existing wills or testaments. We also advise executors and corporate trustees in the administration of large complex estates and beneficiaries with regard to their rights of succession and inheritance. 

We provide legal input and information to companies and individuals who require advice on or representations relating to:

  • Corporate migration schemes
  • Government/Economic Development Board investment schemes for migration
  • Immigration offences
  • Permanent residence and citizenship
  • Work permits and employment passes
